We try to ship within 24 hours after the order is placed and paid for – in most cases, if you place your order by noon, it will be shipped on the very same day.

YARNS

Within continuous United States, we ship yarns and other merchandise with USPS Mail – in most cases, you will receive your order 2-9 days after we ship it. If your order also includes magazines or books, we will try to ship them together. Automation of our shipping process now allows you to track movement of your US or international bound order with USPS-issued tracking number. To our Canadian customers as well as to other countries, we ship yarns via USPS International First Class (if total parcel weight does not exceed 4lb) and via USPS International Parcel Post (with parcel’s total weight over 4lb). As a rule, the US Post Office will deliver parcels within 4-10 days.

MAGAZINES

Within US, magazines are shipped by USPS First Class mail, and delivered within 2-4 days. If you purchase 4 or more magazines simultaneously, they will be shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail. To our US and Canadian customers, magazines are delivered free of charge.

Residents of most other countries:

We're now able to deliver our magazines to most of the World's countries using USPS Priority flat rate envelopes - very economical service, considering speed of delivery and quantity of magazines we can fit into a single envelope (usually 6-8 magazines) Once you've made a purchase and paid for your magazines, within a short period of time we will send you an additional bill to cover the cost of international postage. As a rule, USPS delivers Priority envelopes within 4-10 days.
